Kyormar provides an Agent × IM unified workspace, individual digital-service subscriptions, team collaboration plans, enterprise private deployment, and related technical support. The actual business scope, licenses, and enterprise registration are governed by public authority records and signed contracts.

Transactions and after-sales support

• Personal and published standard team plans: the server provides a formal quote after login, and server entitlements are delivered after confirmation of a one-time RMB payment;
• Enterprise private deployment, contract procurement, corporate payment, invoicing, or customized team plans: first confirm the purchasing entity plus deployment and governance boundaries, then provide a quote, contract, payment terms, and delivery plan;
• Orders, invoices, refunds, and complaints are handled through 2439646234@qq.com;
• Payment credentials such as WeChat Pay passwords and bank-card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this site.
