COMMERCE / PAYMENT NOTICE

Payment information

Effective / updated: 2026-07-25Support:2439646234@qq.com

1. Payment method and currency

The site currently supports one-time RMB WeChat Pay Native QR transactions. Website plan prices are stable marketing displays, not payment instructions. Anonymous browsing requires no login and does not request or cache the server price catalog. After login and plan confirmation, the server generates a time-limited quote from the public SKU, cycle, quantity, current formal price version, and account eligibility.

If the formal server quote differs from the displayed website price, the site shows the new price and requires confirmation again. No WeChat order or QR code is created before confirmation. After confirmation, the server freezes an order snapshot containing the SKU, cycle, unit price, quantity, total, currency, quote token, and formal price version, then submits that amount to WeChat Pay. WeChat Pay is the collection channel, not the source of Kyormar pricing.

The site does not enable automatic renewal by default and will never ask you to enter a WeChat Pay password or full bank-card number on a Kyormar page.

2. Check before ordering

  • Product name, intended user or entity, and current signed-in account;
  • Plan tier, service period, pricing unit, and member count;
  • The website display price, formal server quote, quantity, payment total, quote expiry, and merchant name;
  • The account to which digital entitlements will be activated;
  • Service content, Preview boundaries, refund policy, and privacy policy.

Released individual or standard team plans marked for self-service purchase can be paid by QR code after login. Plans requiring contracts, corporate payment, invoices, more seats, private deployment, or custom delivery use the procurement process.

3. Orders and delivery

Keep the order number after payment. QR pages, browser events, and frontend parameters do not directly activate entitlements. The payment service must verify WeChat callbacks on the server and match the appid, merchant ID, WeChat transaction ID, merchant order number, SKU, cycle, unit price, quantity, total, and currency against the frozen order snapshot. Entitlements activate only after active order querying, uniqueness constraints, idempotent posting, and a server-confirmed success status.

Delivery is usually immediate. If it remains inactive after 10 minutes, first synchronize server status on the Order lookup page.

If an order shows success but remains undelivered after 24 hours, send the order number, account email, and issue description to 2439646234@qq.com. We will verify the transaction and deliver the entitlement or handle it under the refund policy.

4. Repeat purchases and plan upgrades

The server checks current entitlements, plan-switching rules, billing entity, and pending orders to block disallowed repeat purchases or downgrades. Permitted upgrades and validity extensions follow the rules returned by the server when the order is created.

All current website payments are one-time payments; upgrading does not automatically create a renewal agreement. Procurement support confirms delivery boundaries for upgrades that change contracts, seats, or the billing entity.

5. Invoices and enterprise procurement

For an invoice, email support with the order number, invoice title, taxpayer ID, invoice type, and recipient email. Enterprise private deployment, corporate payment, purchase orders, and special tax requirements follow the formal quote and contract.

6. Payment exceptions

  • Expired QR code: do not pay again; return to checkout and create a new order;
  • Still pending after payment: use Order Lookup to synchronize the provider status;
  • Duplicate payment: contact support to verify duplicate orders and refund to the original payment method;
  • Wrong amount or merchant name: stop payment immediately and contact support;
  • Compromised account or unauthorized transaction: contact both WeChat Pay and Kyormar support.

Attempts to bypass login, alter the displayed amount, call payment APIs directly, forge callbacks, or reuse order identifiers cannot change server order snapshots or entitlement state and may trigger fraud controls, rate limits, or account review.
